How We Get Our Cars

Water Recovery

Big storms usually bring flooding. The media shows footage of vehicles partly submerged in water, usually during the peak of the storm. What the media does not show you; is footage of flooded cars with water levels only up to the tires, which have been abandoned on highways, streets, and in parking garages due to the storm. More than 500,000 cars were totaled because of Hurricane Harvey! We go down to those storage fields searching for the small percentage of the vehicles that are dry inside. If they run and drive, and have no odor, or signs of water in them, we will evaluate them more closely. If we determine that they are non-damaged, we will buy them through auction. We purchase a high-quality vehicle at a discount. A vehicle that was taken from an owner who did not expect to have their car taken from them, just because of a bad storm. Our objective is to buy a completely nondamaged flood car.

Theft Recovery

If a vehicle was stolen and recovered after the original owner was paid by the insurance company, the insurance company now owns the car. This usually happens if the vehicle has been found after 30 days. If the vehicle was found with little or no damage to it, was well cared for, and is in exceptional condition we will buy it. As with our flood cars, we see the car as it was, when it was taken from the owner, this allows us to determine condition. The difference between the insurance auctions and regular used dealer auctions is that insurance auctions are not cleaning, fixing, or trying to make something look like its well cared for which is what they do at the used car dealer auctions. What we see is what we get, allowing us to get excellent quality for a low price which we then pass on to our customers.

As a used car dealership, we do not buy or sell collision vehicles; we specialize in buying and selling vehicles trade ins and vehicles paid off in insurance claims due to water related incidents or recovered theft with little to no damage. Our vehicles are the opposite extreme of what most consumers have seen in the media. We buy vehicles that are in extremely above average running and driving condition in order for us to provide the best quality for our customers, as well to keep our reputation as a worldwide company.
